Hand knitted Fair Isle beanie hat in black with a coloured Fair isle pattern, made exclusively for Scottish Textiles Showcase.
Knitted in pure Shetland wool, dyed and spun at Jamiesons of Shetland knitting mill, every step in the making of these gorgeous hats has been on Shetland.
Fair Isle design is intrinsically linked to the Shetland Isles, located in the far north of Scotland. We work with a group of accomplished knitters, many of whom have been knitting for decades.
