Shipping policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days. We are closed on Sunday. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
All orders are sent tracked delivery via Royal Mail. Once shipped, we will email you to let you know the tracking number. Please check your junk folder for our email if you can't see it in your inbox.
TAX FREE SHOPPING FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders placed online to be shipped overseas will not incur UK VAT tax.
SHIPPING TO THE US
US CUSTOM DUTIES - Orders to be shipped to the US will see an additional Duties box at check out which represents the new US customs duties which are paid at the point of purchase.
On 30 July 2025, the United States Government announced a new Executive Order which outlined changes to customs obligations and processes for goods being sent to the US. These changes came into effect on 29 August 2025.
We ship our orders via the UK Postal Service which is incurs a reduced tariff structure to that shown on Shopify. Any overpayment of Duties at the point of sale on our website will be refunded to the customer once the goods have been delivered to their final destination and we will notify you of this at the time of the refund.

SHIPPING THE THE EU
Due to new GPSR regulations which came into force on 13 December 2024, we are unable to ship to customers living in the EU. We hope to be able to rectify this situation in the coming month and return to being able to ship to the EU as before. Thank you for bearing with us.

Araminta Campbell alpaca throws are shipped Express 48 Hours at a higher rate to cover additional insurance costs.
Customs, Duties and Taxes may occur depending on destination country, we are not responsible for these.
We are not responsible for the package after it has been shipped, this is the shipping carriers responsibility.
