Our Scottish knitting wool is inspired by Scottish landscapes and plants. Loch Coruisk is an inland fresh-water loch, lying at the foot of the Black Cuillin in the Isle of Skye, in the Scottish Highlands.
Made from Scottish lambswool, this gorgeous knitting wool in Coruisk colour is an attractive shade of turquoise blue and gives a lovely vintage look when knitted up.
A light double-knit weight. This signature wool by leading Scottish knitter Di Gilpin has a characteristic firm twist which gives wonderful stitch definition.
Lalland wool works beautifully on 3.25, 3.75 or 4 mm needles.
Recommended tension/gauge 25 stitches and 30 rows in stocking/stockinette stitch.
Measured over 10 cms / 4 ins on a UK 3.75 mm / US 5 needle.
Handwash in lukewarm water and dry flat.
