Harris Tweed Scarf Bothy
Harris Tweed Scarf Bothy
A luxurious Limited Edition scarf made with a beautiful combination of Harris Tweed® and Scottish cashmere, Made in Scotland.
Harris Tweed in a timeless grey herringbone, woven at the Harris Tweed Hebrides mill. The Harris Tweed is lined with the softest Scottish Johnstons of Elgin cashmere in a stunning teal.
Harris Tweed is woven from pure wool by the island weavers on the Isle of Harris and Lewis, using traditional methods. This colourful tweed was woven by master weaver Donald John Mackay whose loom shed overlooks the bay of Luskentyre.
Unusually the wool is dyed before being spun so each thread contains a multitude of different colours, producing a cloth of great depth and complexity. Just take a look at the close up!
The Harris Tweed® provides optimum protection against the cold, wind and rain whilst the sumptuously soft cashmere side is worn next to the skin for exceptional comfort and warmth.
Please note this scarf will require 5 working days to be made up from the time of placing an order.
