Description

Hand knitted, wool Fair Isle coaster by renowned Shetland knitter Hazel Tindall.

Hazel saves every last piece of leftover yarn when knitting larger pieces and uses them to make these coasters, therefore each one is unique and can't be repeated.

Hazel has been knitting for over 50 years and has developed an efficient technique which has gained her the title of ‘The World’s Fastest Knitter’. Shetland-born Hazel earned her title by knitting 255 stitches in three minutes in 2004.
