VAT Refund for Overseas Customers Shipping Internationally

For overseas customers shipping internationally (except for Europe and Northern Ireland) we offer a VAT refund.

VAT at 20% is included in the price of the item and will be refunded onto your payment card after despatch. The amount to be refunded is calculated as follows, subject to currency fluctuations:

• The price of the item is divided by 1.2
• This sum is subtracted from the original price

The following criteria must be met:

• The customer has an overseas card billing address.
• The order is created online.
• Goods are despatched to an overseas shipping address.
• Due to new GPSR regulations which came into force on 13 December 2024, we are unable to ship to customers living in Europe and Northern Ireland, so we regret that the VAT refund will not apply.
