Tax Refund for Overseas Customers Shipping Internationally

Online orders placed by customers resident and shipping overseas are eligible for a UK tax refund if the following criteria have been met:

• The customer has an overseas card billing address.
• The customer order is created online.
• Goods are despatched to an overseas shipping address.

Please be aware that the tax will be refunded onto your bank card after the goods have been despatched, not at the time of purchase online. This is so that we can double check that the above criteria have been met.

You will receive an email notification once the tax has been refunded onto your card.
