Our Laggan knitting wool is a rich dark blue black and gives a lovely vintage look when knitted up. Named after the village of Laggan, situated by the river Spey in the Highlands of Scotland. A light double-knit weight, this signature Lalland lambswool by leading Scottish knitter Di Gilpin has a characteristic firm twist which gives wonderful stitch definition.

Laggan lalland wool works beautifully on 3.25, 3.75 or 4 mm needles.

Recommended tension/gauge 25 stitches and 30 rows in stocking/stockinette stitch.

Measured over 10 cms / 4 ins on a UK 3.75 mm / US 5 needle.

Handwash in lukewarm water and dry flat.

50 grams  175 meters.
