Harris Tweed Scarf Lapwing Teal

Limited edition Harris Tweed and cashmere scarf, a luxurious combination of Scottish cloth.
The Lapwing scarf is made from Harris Tweed woven in a glorious mix of teal greens and blues blended together with a subtle camel stripe. The lapwing tweed, named after the bird, is woven by Margaret from Adabrock weaving in the north of the Isle of Lewis. The scarf is lined with the softest Scottish cashmere in a stunning teal blue hue.
Harris Tweed is woven from pure wool by the island weavers on the Isle of Harris and Lewis, using traditional methods. Unusually the wool is dyed before being spun so each thread contains a multitude of different colours, producing a cloth of great depth and complexity. Just take a look at the close up!
The tweed provides optimum protection against the cold, wind and rain whilst the sumptuously soft cashmere side is worn next to the skin for exceptional comfort and warmth.
