Macdonald Clan tartan face covering woven in Scotland from lightweight wool and black cotton lining. Pleated design fits many sizes. Two elastic straps sit around the head and enable the mask to be pulled down around the neck when not required over the mouth. Hand washable at 30 degrees centigrade.
Our tartan face masks are woven at a Scottish tartan mill in the Scottish Borders. Please note, these are not PPE equipment, but sold as face coverings for personal use when out and about in public places.
Oldest, most powerful, largest of the Clans, the race of the MacDonald came from Donald, grandson of the great Somerled of the Isles. In early days, they ruled as independent princes, the territories of the Lord of the Isles including the Outer and Inner Hebrides, large stretches of the Mainland and the Kingdom of Man. The present Chief is Lord MacDonald of The Isle of Sleat. His seat is Armadale Castle, Skye.
